The Habits 2 Health Mission: Our mission at Habits 2 Health is to promote healthy living for people of all walks of life under one roof. H2H was founded on the premise to help you improve your overall health. All of our programs were designed and are monitored by a Registered Nurse and Certified Fitness Trainer. We know that proper nutrition is the key to maintaining a healthy weight. Our weekly nutrition classes will teach you in depth what your body needs to perform at it best while promoting weight loss. Our fitness classes are designed to tone, strengthen, and improve your agility and balance. The routines are fun and challenging, but the best part is they are always different. You won't get bored here! We can modify exercises to work with just about any fitness level. We provide a non judgemental environment that has the feel of family. No big gym egos here! we all work together to help each other achieve their goals!
